The heating element went out on our Maytag dryer. They had a new one in the truck so that was good. They cleaned the machine and left us with a better dryer than when they arrived. Many thanks.

They were very professional and courteous- explained the problem. Found the part at the shop and fixed it that day. The two men I had were very efficient. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Excellent service for a hard to get to and repair dryer. (Stacked set in a small tight area). Very efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Also, very reasonably priced! I would absolutely NOT recommend this rip-off of a so-called company! We patiently waited for 2 1/2 months on a part that was never received. We were called every 2 weeks by Mr. Appliance saying the part would arrive. When we finally suggested that they provide us our money back, they were rude, argued immensely… Read full review

I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Metro Tulsa. Our dryer was locked up- unable to move the drum. Hard working, courteous, on time. They fixed the washing machine, but couldn’t find a problem with the dishwasher (only malfunctioning intermittently). They said if it malfunctions again in 30 days another service visit is free. Nice.

Very pleased with Mr. Appliance of Metro Tulsa. They do the basic things that so many of their competitors do not. They call you back, they show up on time, they communicate with you. And their appliance know-how is very good as well.
