While the tech was good, prompt, professional, etc. the "online experience" was ignored. Only when I called in did I get an answer to my online question and then it was sort of a brush off. May or may not use again.
We had been working with another repair company for almost 5 months trying to solve warranty problems and diagnose the issue. Then Mr.Appliance came and solved it that day and were much much better to work with and had better costumer service! Would def. recommend them!
They repaired my Miele dishwasher, but needed to return. It was completely out of kilter.
Hard working, courteous, on time. They fixed the washing machine, but couldn’t find a problem with the dishwasher (only malfunctioning intermittently). They said if it malfunctions again in 30 days another service visit is free. Nice.
