Our repair tech was timely, explained everything that needed to be done e and the cost very clearly. He had to order a part and returned the following week with the part and it only took about 15 minutes to install and to test. Great job Billy!

Mr. Appliance fixed the ice maker on our refrigerator on the first attempt. David was the tech and properly diagnosed the issue and repaired as soon as the part came in. This isn't necessarily an easy task with today's complicated refrigerators. Thank you Mr. Appliance and Thank you David!
