Mr Appliance does a nice job. The issues are on the manufacturer, not them. Mark spent over an hour with Thermador. The issues are with the oven. It’s going back to Thermador. No fault of the repair company.
We are very pleased with the service we received. It was a smooth process from the time we called to schedule an appointment to the time the repairman left our home.
Billy came to our house exactly on time and did a great repair on our stove/oven! He was clean, courteous, and organized. I will want to use your service again!

We had a new stove delivered to our house. The gentleman who came was in good spirits despite the horrible ice and snow weather we had at the time. He was prompt and on time. Called before he arrived so we could put our dog up. Overall a great experience. I wish I could remember his name but sadly I can't. Either way he was great to deal with.
I overpaid and called their office spoke to a real person the girls were kind and polite and I received my money very quickly, the young man who repaired my oven did a perfect job and we had great talks. Thank you for a rare thing customer service and kindness.
Service tech was on time. Evaluated the problem and repaired it. He was prompt, knowledgeable, neat, and courteous. Without a doubt, the best small appliance repair service I have used. Highly recommend.
