Kerry Harris was a technician that came by and fixed my oven. He did really well and actively talked me through it while repairing it. He also gave insight and helped me with any other questions I had. Phenomenal guy and would love to have him fix other things!

BEWARE-MISDIAGNOSED PROBLEM-NO REFUND GIVEN!!!! On 6/2 Mr. Appliance sent their repair tech out who was friendly and personable.
