Tech Matt Willis had it fixed in 15 minutes. He did what another company couldn't do in a month. Mr Appliance will be my first call from now on. Recommend them to everyone. Fast,friendly and professional.

Mr. Appliance, Shaun, knows appliances! He took time finding, fixing and explaining the problems clearly. He was neat in his work and in appearance. We appreciated his professional knowledge and personal demeanor.

Brandon did an excellent job! He showed up on time, was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, had a part on his truck that fit my 25 year-old refrigerator, and had us back up and running again in a couple hours!

Brandon was great. Communicated when he would arrive, was very knowledgeable on our product and repaired very quickly.

Eric was so friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get the work accomplished in a short time frame. He worked clean and gave me good advice about the appliances he was fixing. Had a great experience.

This company does good work and was immediately available. Because we needed to fix the issue immediately, we approved the purchase, but the cost was high.

We sold our house and needed to get the refrigerator repaired before closing, so time was very short. Iyad was great—very friendly and helpful. He had to order a part, but he was able to come back within two days, and finished the job in no time. I recommend Mr. Appliance and Iyad very highly.

Eric communicated with me the night before and gathered information so when he showed up he was able to have the parts ready and available as needed. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour! Great work and thank you!

Brandon Wiles came out to fix our icemaker. He spent a lot of time explaining to us what he was doing and got it to work in a very short time. He was personable, took time with us and was great at educating and communicating. I would use him again in a heartbeat for any of my appliances. Thank you so much!!

I have a new Viking with at least 6 repairs or more. He was the first person to really take his time, call the people who know Viking. I still don’t know if it’s repaired because it takes a month or so for the issue to come up again. He did an excellent job searching and I’m appreciative.

Kerry, the technician, called the evening before to identify issue and ensure he had the correct part on hand. He came on time and worked with care to ensure he didn’t damage our hardwood floors when pulling out our fridge/freezer.

Don’t Always Trust Thier Ice Maker Diagnosis! I called and made an appointment to get my ice maker repaired. They came out removed the ice maker and made sure it was getting voltage. It was. Shaun & Eric were VERY professional and VERY helpful in getting our fridge repaired. They should up on time, completed the work in a timely manner, yook the time to explain what they were doing and what to expect and cleaned up before they left. 100% would recommend this company!

Service tech repaired the Samsung refrigerator shelf component and confirmed that the design and parts were defective and poorly designed for removal and cleaning. I recommend this company and Hans for your appliance repairs.

They were on time, found the actual problem and fixed it. Refrigerator is working as well as it was before it stopped. I highly recommend!

Did have to set up appointment twice, as they didn't contact the tenant the first time requested. Technician was terrific - very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Communication was great.
