The service was good . I was not satisfied with them because I have asked them for an Itemized Invoice for services provided and they have not yet provided that transparency with me as a customer. This has left me suspicious with their pricing. I can’t understand what is so complicated in emailing your clients an…
Tech Matt Willis had it fixed in 15 minutes. He did what another company couldn't do in a month. Mr Appliance will be my first call from now on. Recommend them to everyone. Fast, friendly and professional.
Very professional
Shaun was amazing! 2 hours early and fixed our issue no problem! Very quick!
Eric R. and Brandon W. were both very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! I highly recommend their service. Thanks!
Mr. Appliance, Shaun, knows appliances! He took time finding, fixing and explaining the problems clearly. He was neat in his work and in appearance. We appreciated his professional knowledge and personal demeanor.
Brandon did an excellent job! He showed up on time, was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, had a part on his truck that fit my 25 year-old refrigerator, and had us back up and running again in a couple hours!
Brandon was great. Communicated when he would arrive, was very knowledgeable on our product and repaired very quickly.
Eric was so friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get the work accomplished in a short time frame. He worked clean and gave me good advice about the appliances he was fixing. Had a great experience.
This company does good work and was immediately available. Because we needed to fix the issue immediately, we approved the purchase, but the cost was high.
Service was wonderful! Eric was extremely communicative, prompt, polite and professional. Eric came prepared with the parts needed to make the repairs to our ice maker in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend him & services.
Shaun was very competent and nice. He did a thorough job as it was a time consuming repair. I’ve had Mr Appliance in my home for 3 appliances and have always had excellent service.
We sold our house and needed to get the refrigerator repaired before closing, so time was very short. Iyad was great—very friendly and helpful. He had to order a part, but he was able to come back within two days, and finished the job in no time. I recommend Mr. Appliance and Iyad very highly.
Friendly, knowledgeable, on time! Reasonable charges
Brandon was professional in his duties. He was also friendly and easy to work with.
I have probably had more appliances break this year than any other and every single time they are there immediately to help. Needless to say I probably know the guys from Mr. Appliance more than I should with the amount of bad luck we have had as new homeowners 😂. I genuinely enjoy every single person they send…
Excellent service, friendly courteous technician, and fair competitive price.
Eric communicated with me the night before and gathered information so when he showed up he was able to have the parts ready and available as needed. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour! Great work and thank you!
Brandon Wiles came out to fix our icemaker. He spent a lot of time explaining to us what he was doing and got it to work in a very short time. He was personable, took time with us and was great at educating and communicating. I would use him again in a heartbeat for any of my appliances. Thank you so much!!
I have a new Viking with at least 6 repairs or more. He was the first person to really take his time, call the people who know Viking. I still don’t know if it’s repaired because it takes a month or so for the issue to come up again. He did an excellent job searching and I’m appreciative.
Kerry, the technician, called the evening before to identify issue and ensure he had the correct part on hand. He came on time and worked with care to ensure he didn’t damage our hardwood floors when pulling out our fridge/freezer.
Scheduling was easy and the technician arrived right on time . He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will absolutely use Mr. Appliance again !!
Respectful. Timely. Went above and beyond. Made sure everything was right and working before leaving.
Very quick and courteous. Highly recommend.
The service represented for this company was a knowledgeable, completed job and did a great cleanup afterwards
Shaun very professional wonderful job thank you very much
Don’t Always Trust Thier Ice Maker Diagnosis! I called and made an appointment to get my ice maker repaired. They came out removed the ice maker and made sure it was getting voltage. It was. After reinstalling the unit it started working again. The repairman told me I needed a new one. He told us one was available…
Shaun was running early and called to make sure I was available. He was very nice and professional and explained the repair while performing it. He did a great job. Recommended.
Great service!
We are so thankful for our Service technician Sean K who did excellent work for our Samsung ice maker repair!
Easy to get an appointment, same day service, the technician was on time, friendly and very professional. He found the problem and gave me a cost for the job which required no parts just labor. I had a leak and needed it fixed so I paid what I thought was an exorbitant labor bill for less than an hour service plus a…
Hans is an angel. I will only be using this company for any of my repair Highly recommend. Hans was an absolute gem and it’s so wonderful to have a local company that cares about the work that they do. Thank you so much.
Eric was very good and knowledgeable would have him service my appliances again if needed thanks.
We had a great experience from beginning to end. I believe I spoke to Tina for scheduling. I canceled an appointment with another company because she was so wonderful and able to squeeze us in quickly. Our Technician, Shaun, was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to…
When our refrigerator started leaking from the ceiling on a Friday, Shaun diagnosed the problem, went to get the part even though it was late in the day, and completed the repair despite the fact it was well after normal business hours on that same Friday evening. He was courteous, professional, and made sure our…
Excellent service.
Chris was very professional and was quick!
When I first called, the refrigerator would not come out because the windowsill AND quarter round trim were in the way. I got the sill out, but I didn't realize the quarter round trim was in the way, so he had to return a second time. Even though it took a total of three trips, Eric did a great job, very…
Shaun & Eric were VERY professional and VERY helpful in getting our fridge repaired. They should up on time, completed the work in a timely manner, yook the time to explain what they were doing and what to expect and cleaned up before they left. 100% would recommend this company!
Very courteous and helpful. Pricing was reasonable and my technician knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything. I will use Mr. Appliance again, and I can't recommend them enough.
We have used Mr. Appliance several times and always, without exception, they have been timely in arrival according to the schedule, performed all work knowledgeably and successfully, were very willing to answer questions and explain anything we asked about the job in process, and were courteous throughout. The work…
Eric did a great job on our refrigerator.
Very courteous and prompt service.
Eric P was a very knowledgeable tech, helpful, friendly, and would use him/recommend him. I did have another tech from the company (who is no longer there) diagnose the problem before Eric, and that that a bit of a bummer as he left the freezer unplugged when he pushed it back which caused $240 work of boojie dog…
Everything went really well.
Your tech was very thorough And efficient
Great service, very knowledgeable technician. Eric (aka Pac-Man) was the best.
Eric was very kind and helpful! I am so glad he came to help.
Technician Erik Partain was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently.
I was pleased with the prompt service from Mr. Appliance of South Nashville for repair of two issues with my LG refrigerator. Eric was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Outstanding service and Eric was very knowledgeable and professional!! Will use service again when needed!! Tim F.
Very punctual and did excellent work
Eric was great. Very responsive and made sure that the repair that my refrigerator needed was necessary and tested it thoroughly once he was done.
Tech was on time, identified the issue quickly and was done in no time. Easy Peasy
Had refrigerator issues and couldn’t get anyone else out for 2-weeks. Which was not great news for our family with a toddler. They called and fit me into a spot where someone cancelled. The tech showed up on time and thoroughly explained the issue and repair options.
Did a good job, explained everything
Service was next day which was important b/c it was a water leak. My appt was confirmed online & Eric notified me enroute. Liked that he wore booties & also brought a door mat. Figuring out the cause of the leak was not straightforward, but Eric was methodical and got to the source. He didn"t think a new part was…
Service tech repaired the Samsung refrigerator shelf component and confirmed that the design and parts were defective and poorly designed for removal and cleaning. I recommend this company and Hans for your appliance repairs.
They were on time, found the actual problem and fixed it. Refrigerator is working as well as it was before it stopped. I highly recommend!
Did have to set up appointment twice, as they didn't contact the tenant the first time requested. Technician was terrific - very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Communication was great.
Showed up on time, very professional. Fixed in a timely manner.
They seem to know what they are doing but a little pricy for me.
