Wolf oven door latch was broken and has since been replaced.
The whole experience was stressfree, from setting the appointment to the arrival of the technician, who got to the appointment at the early part of the time slot. The tech, Kerry, was pleasant to deal with, assessed the problem with the stove and had it working in no time. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance to everyone.

Scam artists. Quick to respond and schedule an appointment because they’re gonna get $138 bucks from you regardless. Eric was fast, knowledgeable, and courteous. He had my gas range (which had not worked in 4 years) working in less than hour. It needed a new igniter (which he already had with him) and it was installed quickly. Would recommend to anyone! Fabulous job Eric!
