Brandon was great. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with our stove, and applied the proper repair.
Eric R. and Brandon W. were both very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! I highly recommend their service. Thanks!
Great experience! Very professional and thorough! Tech was Iyad Laymoun
Wolf oven door latch was broken and has since been replaced.
The whole experience was stressfree, from setting the appointment to the arrival of the technician, who got to the appointment at the early part of the time slot. The tech, Kerry, was pleasant to deal with, assessed the problem with the stove and had it working in no time. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance to everyone.
Kerry was great. He put in the effort to figure out a complex issue with our stovetop fan. Would highly recommend.
We have used Mr. Appliance several times and always, without exception, they have been timely in arrival according to the schedule, performed all work knowledgeably and successfully, were very willing to answer questions and explain anything we asked about the job in process, and were courteous throughout. The work…
Very helpful in finding parts for older appliances
Chris was the technician who came for my work call. He was professional, nice, and fixed my appliances in a good amount of time. He was also very clear as to what he found and how he needed to fix it. Very transparent would recommend
Scam artists. Quick to respond and schedule an appointment because they’re gonna get $138 bucks from you regardless. They quoted me $778 dollars to repair a sensor and chip in a 2000’s Frigidaire stove top. They told me the parts no longer existed for that model so it would be that expensive. I googled the parts,…
Eric was amazing, wonderful to work with very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely would recommend.
James was great!
Eric was fast, knowledgeable, and courteous. He had my gas range (which had not worked in 4 years) working in less than hour. It needed a new igniter (which he already had with him) and it was installed quickly. Would recommend to anyone! Fabulous job Eric!
Eric came out multiple times for different things. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am and would definitely recommend to anyone having trouble with their appliances.
I was so impressed with our repairman Eric. Our appliance offered some unique challenges, and he was helpful and polite throughout the visit. Communication with the company was great as well. Would highly recommend.
Outstanding overall experience, from scheduling to delivery. Eric was fantastic and correctly identified 2 issues with our stove that a prior company misdiagnosed leading to the oven not working for 12 months (supply chain part issue). Highly recommend
Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable.
Anthony was super helpful and diagnosed my problem and resolved it. He is very knowledgeable. I would ask for him again..,,
