The service rep (Shaun) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and explained the washer issues and provided a proposal to repair the washer. Although due the appliance age we opted not to make the repairs, Shaun was very professional and I was very glad we chose Mr. Appliance! Five stars for this repair call!!! 😊
The service technician, Brandon, was exceptional and evaluated the issue quickly and repaired. His professional approach was very appreciated and he went above and beyond which definitely gave a great impression of Mr. Appliance’s strategy to please their customers.
