George introduced himself and was very friendly. He addressed all my concerns and very professional! Would highly recommend him!
Scheduling was so easy and Mr Bug was prompt, professional, and thoroughly explained his process. George got every nook and cranny clearing all the spiderwebs and spraying all the anthills. I had the interior, exterior, and property perimeter treated. Great pricing!
Great service! Was quick and reliable. Also, followed up a few days later to ensure the service was still working. Highly recommend!
Great and friendly service! Fast and good pricing! Highly recommend!
Super fast and professional, will definitely use them again
Very professional and showed up early which is always a plus. Pretty much exterminated anything as the house was a new build and I did not want any creepy crawlies roaming about. Showed me what he did inside and out along with his recommendation to keep house insect free. Price is also very reasonable, recommend to any first time home buyer!
Excelente trabajo, siempre conformes!

I found a roach in my home, called George, he responded immediately. Inspected my home and treated it for prevention. Gave instructions and education on further prevention and was absolutely a great asset. Thank you
Called Mr. Raton pest control to spray for some roaches in a new construction and they came out same day. Jorge was super professional and kind, explained the process, and has followed up to make sure we’re happy with our service. Highly recommend!
Extremely satisfied with the service provided! Will recommend to everyone I know! Jorge came by yesterday and I already saw dead bugs outside today!
Quick service and efficient. First treatment the cockroaches are already all gone!! We are completely satisfied with the job.
The only thing I wish we did was a walkthrough together to see the areas of focus which we needed handled but that was on me as well as I could have asked for this during this time.
Very professional on time and very reasonable in price guarantee for 30 days but I made an appointment with them for 3 months down the line Definitely recommend this company
Excellent customer service. Called in the morning and had the appointment that same day by 1pm. Jorge was very helpful answering my questions and treated all my home inside and outside. Very affordable prices! Would definitely recommend using his services.
George was very professional and prompt the day of my appointment and was able to come out and fumigate the very same day I called him. His price was more than reasonable and I will definitely refer him to others.
