Mr. Electric tracking is useless. It doesn't tell you arrival time. I still give them 5 stars because Robert is so good. I had a great experience with Mr. Electric of Houston Midtown! They were very professional, I dealt with the same person over multiple visits to work on my various projects, and everything was completed to my satisfaction.
Mr. Electric has been amazing since the first phone call I had with them. Our electrician, Richard, was great to work with and would always ask our permission before making any cuts in the wall. I can't speak highly enough of him, we'll be having him perform all electrical work on our house from here on out.

Overall good work. I would have given them 5 stars, but they tried to grossly over-charge me for installing an Ethernet Switch wall plate (they quoted me $650 which is highway robbery for something that takes 30 minutes to perform and costs less than $20 dlls in parts).
