Robert was knowledgeable and friendly. He educated us on our home and ways to use our electricity more efficiently. We are very satisfied with the service he provided and the major upgrades he performed, all in one day and had us up and running with very minimal down time and interruption in service.
All I know is that these folks provide quality work with a very quick turnaround time. The Technician Mr. Fernando was courteous and professional. He respected my home and even wore shoe covers over his boots. Not all repair techs will do that. I do have a home warranty service, but when it comes to the very serious items, then I always call Mr. Electric.

Mr. Electric tracking is useless. It doesn't tell you arrival time. I still give them 5 stars because Robert is so good. Robert Untermeyer did a great job identifying electrical problems & fixing them. He selected the best bathroom heater/fan for my needs, which was extremely helpful. Will use Robert in future for all electrical needs.
Mr. Electrical send Mr Robert and his team (also named Robert) and they did a great job, took the time to explain to me the issues, showed me the items that needed repair after the inspection, documented with photos and provided all the options and even advice in additional electrical repairs I was planning (outlet replacement).
