Robert and Juan are exceptional. Robert is an extremely clear, patient, and professional communicator, and put us at ease in a difficult situation. Juan is professional, kind, and does meticulous work- exactly what you hope for in an electrician!
Robert was knowledgeable and friendly. He educated us on our home and ways to use our electricity more efficiently. Mr. Electric tracking is useless. It doesn't tell you arrival time. I still give them 5 stars because Robert is so good. Robert Untermeyer did a great job identifying electrical problems & fixing them. He selected the best bathroom heater/fan for my needs, which was extremely helpful. Will use Robert in future for all electrical needs.
