Shawn Winkler was very neat and professional with the repair and in a timely manner. I will definitely contact Mr Electric for all my electrical needs.
I had an electrician come out for what I expected to be a simple inspection after I made a mistake relocating an outlet myself. Not only did he immediately identify the issue, but he fixed it efficiently and correctly without making me feel foolish for trying to DIY it in the first place. He was extremely…
Albert from Mr. Electric of Phoenix Metro arrived on time and was extremely patient while I coordinated with movers and a cable technician who were also working on my project. He installed an additional Wi-Fi doorbell chime, several new wall outlets, a panel surge protector, and a new TV wall mount. He also removed…

Had a medium size issue and Omar came and after explaining the situation, he got right to work checking things out on what needed replaced. Very efficient, cleaned up after and made everything was working before leaving. Thanks again Omar. 👍

My outlets went out in the kitchen the week of thanksgiving. Company got someone out within 2 days to resolve my issue. I’ve had the pleasure of having Art out twice to service my house and he alone makes me want to stick with Mr electric for any electrical work. Gave me a clear analysis of my issue and…
On time and very professional work. Technician John R was a craftsman in his install of two exterior power outlets. High quality work performed quickly at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use Mr Electric again.

Very professional, with the most respectable staff that got the job done and even made the process very easy. Will use them again in the future.
Job well done. Pricey but good work.
John R. is a consumate pro. As an engineer I can add circuits, pull wire and install fixtures reasonably well. However, we needed a new recessed outlet in a conspicuous region of the great room so a pristine in-wall wire run was needed and he pulled it off spectacularly. Happy wife. No dead husband. John also…
Came to add additional 220 power. Was friendly, respectful, knowlegeable, and did a great job! We would definitely use Mr Electric again and recommend to anyone wanting electrical services
I’ve had multiple electrical issues that Mr. Electric has solved for on more than one occasion. The technician (John R.) is knowledgeable, reliable and a nice guy. I highly recommend Mr. Electric.

I had service performed by Mr. Electric, and I couldn't be happier about it. He took great strides to minimize how invasive the…

Outstanding service on two seperate requests. Very High quality workmanship. Eric Mabry, on of their electricians, completed two jobs for us (one in November 2016, the other May 2017). Adding electrical outlets and ceiling fans to our patio and upgrading our service to add an EV Charger (EVSE) to our garage. Eric…
Arturo Tarin came out to do our estimate, to update our old aluminum wiring. He was very professional so we decided to use Mr. Electric. Art was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, professional. He was on time and stayed until the job was complete. Was careful and respectable of our home. He cleaned up the debris from the installations. Art made suggestions for future work but did NOT pressure us. Would highly recommend Art and Mr. Electric! 👍🏻
John Russo was great to work with to install under cabinet lighting and add power for a ceiling fan on our patio. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and especially John for your projects.
Mr. Electric is awesome. Richard Thomas gave me an estimate of the work and talked through all of my questions. Their estimate was easy to understand and easy to accept. Richard then came back and did the actual installation. He did an amazing job and left everything better than when he arrived. Huge fan and…
We found the electricians assigned our work, Art & Albert, to be cordial, professional and knowledgeable. They completed the scheduled work in a timely manner with minimal disruption of our day. I would use them again and would recommend Mr. Electric for your electrical needs.
Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions, cleaned up afterwards.
Mr. Electric always solves electric problems that others can't. I use a local handyman for basic electric issues, and there are now two times that he couldn't fix some wiring. Both times John, the Mr. Electric technician, was able to solve the problem. You guys are great! UPDATE: We moved to a new house and John did…
Installed two coach lights outside and on/off switch inside. John Russo was fantastic! Very thorough and explained everything he was going to do. Very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend John and Mr. Electric to anyone who needed electrical work done. Two thumbs up!
Art from Mr. Electric did a great job finding the part we needed to install the new outlet and hook up the new stove the next day. Very prompt, polite and professional. Decent price.

A big thank you to my technician Corey - he was very professional and more than willing to answer my questions. I’m very pleased with this company and highly recommend
We called for two quotes to run conduit, install light fixtures and install outlets on our back porch. The quote from Mr Electric was almost three times less than Parker and Sons. John Russo was our technician for both the quote and service. For both, he was on time, personable and very professional. John was…
First time customer. I was very impressed with this company. Jim Baker was right on time, knowledgeable, professional and fixed all my outlets that weren't working. Jim took the time to thoroughly explain everything and provide recommendations. I would definitely use this company again.

John Russo did a great job installing our recessed lighting and under the cabinet lighting. He was punctual and did everything he said he would do, and he also took special care to clean up any mess he made, which was minimal. I highly recommend him.
By far the most positive experience I've ever had with any company in this space. Art was prompt, responsive, and installed a 50 amp outlet with perfection!
John went above and beyond his duties in having to install switches and light fixtures, but taking multiple trips to fulfill the needs of my complicated lighting predicament. Great electricians are hard to find! I found one and I plan on calling them again!! Mr. Electric of Phoenix Metro will be my GO TO. When I called, Mr. Electric answered the phone right away, got my information and scheduled John Russo to come out to look at the work I needed done. He answered my questions,…
John Russo is a fantastic electrician, he really knows what he is doing and he is fast. He took his shoes off at the front door and asked if we wanted him to wear a mask, which we didn't since we'd all had our shots. He installed 3 ceiling fans and replaced 20 outlet and switches we wanted changed to a different…
The service is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and will used this company again when necessary.
Prompt, professional, efficient.
This was the second time that Sal was the technician assigned to my job. Again, he did not disappoint. He was on-time, professional and helpful with information regarding our jobs. Sal took care of our issues and completed our work in a timely manner. Sal is great. He will be the first person I call for my next electrical job.
Came the same day I called.
John Russo came to our home to upgrade our fuse box and install new wiring for our pool. As usual, John was professional, very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. We have been a Mr Electric customer over the years. They have always been great. We have more electrical work to do and will be…
We had Mr. Electric help us with a remodel, they replaced light fixtures, relocated fixtures and helped upgrade a number of lights. Our electrician - Mr. John Russo - was phenomenal! He was very professional, knowledgeable and his quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. One of the best we have ever…
Sal was very up front and professional. He wore a mask and booties while in our home. He gave us warning before loud noise. Great experience!
Corey was outstanding. The cost of our project was half of what competitors quoted. The wiring was done very neatly, and while the project was being spec'd out we were offered a ton of options. Glad Mr. Electric earned our business for the foreseeable future.
Arturo Tarin very professional! He was efficient and explained everything before the project started and made suggestions. The job was perfect! Mike and I were very happy and we have also used them previously and they do a very nice job every time. Very reasonable in costs. A Happy Tuesday for us!
Mr. Electric was, by far, the most reasonable quote out of five companies. Our tech, John Russo, was knowledgeable, professional, and the work was quickly and well done. Bravo! I will absolutely keep Mr. Electric on my contact list for future needs!
Fantastic job done by John with Mr. Electric! He was extremely nice, helpful and made quick work of repairing two outlets and installing a new one!
John is a great technician !! Knowledgeable , accomodating and a hard worker! He is my go to for any electrical work!
We hired Mr. Electric in Phoenix to add some lines and put up some lights. It was easy to make an appointment for an estimate and they were able to do the work the next day. Corey reviewed our needs and explained the procedure. When he came with Sal, they got the work done in a timely, clean and professional manner.
My electrician Albert was great. I needed low voltage motion sensors installed that aren’t available at HD or Lowes and I had already tried myself without success. Albert quickly diagnosed the problem, helped me find the proper sensors and then came back and did a custom install. He is a 5 star professional. The…
Mr. Electric, John Russo was very courteous as he enter my home, had his foot cover and mask on, we showed Mr. Electric what we needs, he gave us a quote, we're okay, he finish the job same day, clean up each job as he moved to the next. He's respectful in my home, finish the jobs, everything were neat & clean after, thanks.
The job scope was to add a new circuit from the breaker box to my home office in two places. John, the electrician, was exceptional. He was able to overcome some of the logistic placement challenges and perform the scope of work that I required. I have already recommended Mr. Electric to a friend and plan to have…
After a no-cost quote, I hired Mr. Electric to upgrade and modernize my home. Although certainly not the least expensive in town, the technician, Sal Barreto, showed up on time each time, did what he said he would, took care of necessary permits and inspections, and performed quality work. One item was replacing…
Wonderful experience very professional
I was swapping out a dishwasher and called Mr. Electric to check the electric set up. John from the east coast came out and advised that I have everything I need already set up. So without charging me he inspected my breaker box and told me the next couple things we should do as far as maintenance goes. Mr. Electric…
Very professional. Answered questions. Offered ways to save money. The owner answers his own phone! Not the cheapest, definitely not the most expensive. But was a fare price for a quality job I didn’t want to do. Richard showed up and didn’t stop until the whole project was done. Will definitely keep the card for future jobs.
very amicable and went straight to work
I needed multiple things done in multiple room. Corey was fast and efficient.
I used Mr Electric a few weeks ago. I liked the service provided so I asked for a quote for additional services. I called to schedule the service and did not get a call back. I called a second time and was told someone will get back to me but no one ever did. I've moved on to a competitor.
Mr Electric was a referral from Angies List. They were very straightforward about cost and work that would need to be done. There were some changes to how the install would need to be completed due to attic access but Richard our tech let us know the problem and his solution. We could tell Richard was experienced in…
I contacted Mr. Electric of Phoenix to do what, for me, was a fairly large project - upgrade power for my house from 200 to 400 amps, install a generator, install a 100-amp sub-panel in a workshop and install a 50-amp disconnect for a pool heater. I was very pleased with their work. Sean showed up as scheduled and…
Have used them over and over again with renovations at our business - John R. is a professional and always easy to work with, so much that we request him by name! Never had a bad experience. Reasonable prices, quick turnaround, and very dependable. Plan to keep using them for all our electrical needs.
Very professional. Did a great job installing outdoor wiring for fans.
James Baker was a great servicemen. He explained everything he was going to do and also performed a loading calculation to verify the new 240 volt plug would not put my electrical system in jeopardy.
Mr. Electric was actually recommended to me by one of my Real Estate Clients... I was calling to inquire about EV Plug install and just like my Client had stated, the services was top notch from the initial call. The phone intake "reception" knew all about the process, defiantly not her first rodeo. Their…
John came out and installed 4 ceiling fans and added some outdoor outlets for us and he was very freindly and explained everything he was doing and he cleaned up once he was done so you would never know he was here working all day! Thanks
