There were 4 electrical problems that Richard addressed in one visit (about 3 hours). He explained the workings of the problem areas, the possible causes of the issues and his diagnosis of the electrical problems. He was efficient and cleaned up the areas thoroughly where he had worked.

Service tech was knowledgeable and corrected our problem quickly. He also offered suggestions on other electrical issues we need to keep an eye on. My only concern is the amount of time it took to get someone out here and needing to reschedule 3 times.

Art and Zach were great to work with. They moved all the lights and sockets in our bathroom renovation to the requested locations. They arrived when they said they would and explained what they were doing to make sure everything was in the proper locations.
Making the appointment was like pulling teeth but the tech was on time, respectful, and did a good job. A little pricey at $300 to change out one electrical outlet that I supplied and had already removed the bad one.
