My TV and Internet were out. I had thought it was a tripped breaker but turned out to be way more complicated. The technician Tyler painstakingly, checked all of the outlets in the living room and discovered where the problem was. Alternate options were given to me for repairing. I chose an immediate repair that was…

Robert and Drew from Mr. Electric did a great job. They came out, found the issue, explained what was going on, and were clear about the pricing before getting started. They had a good work ethic, went and got the materials they needed, and had everything fixed in under two hours.
Mr Electric is easy to do business with and their technicians are great. Robert came and helped me with two issues and was very polite, professional, personable and knowledgeable! Will definitely continue to call Mr Electric.

I had an outside outlet that wasn’t working. I was charged a $249 fee to troubleshoot the issue plus the charge to replace the outlet. After agreeing to pay the $249 exploratory fee, the tech found that the outlet needed to be replaced. The outlet should have been unscrewed and checked at the onset for connections,…
Frank and Andrew were simply outstanding! They were punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were attentive and very thorough… I highly recommend them!
Our technician, Keith, was fantastic! He was kind and honest. We called Mr. Electric to help us with an outlet that was sparking and Keith did a thorough evaluation of the outlet itself and of our electrical panel and was honest about his findings. I really appreciate Keith and this company, and will be calling them in the future for any electrical needs!
Frank and Drew were great. Very knowledgeable and professional. In and out in about 30 min.
Frank did a great job finding the problem and explained everything to me before he fixed everything.
A surge from Duke energy took out my electricity one hour before guests were due to arrive at my house. Mr Electric was the only company that picked up the phone. Skyler was there within 45 min and repaired multiple problems. All was well faster than I could have imagined.
I needed my electricla system brought to code for insurance purposes. I got several quotes including 2 from Mr. Electric. I appreciated the fact that I was given 2 options. I ended up having a new breaker box put on the outside of my house, new outlets put inside. Everything was brought up to code and I couldn't be…
The Mr Electric team was the 4th set of electricians to come to our 1970s era home. They tracked down and fixed circuits nobody else could figure out. They’re on time, diligent, and conscientious. Since then, we’ve had them add circuits, exterior outlets, and other work. They will be my first choice in the future.
Anthony and crew were outstanding! I appreciated the communication and professionalism of the front office. I have had a relatively small job that has needed to be done for a while. Very proffesional, excellent service!
If you want it done correctly the first time as well as not wasting your day waiting on someone to show then you will appreciate the on time appointments.
Everything went very smooth and we were able to determine the problem relatively quickly. We discussed the options to resolve the problem and I determined which option to take and Mike moved forward with it very professionally and corrected the issue. Mike was very friendly and professional during the entire time and I was very pleased with everything.
Joe went above and beyond our expectations! He was so knowledgeable and got what we needed done very quickly. Definitely recommend!!!

One wall in my house didn’t have any power and it turns out it was because I had one outlet that was rusted from moisture coming from the exterior wall, one that was melted and one that was cracked. My kitchen lights flickered off and then my pantry and laundry room lights were on but dim, no matter what. I will be calling Mr. Electric back to finish with the rest of what I need to have done...and will be requesting Kiev and Donovan, again! Very Happy Camper, Thank you!
Always have a great experience with Mr. Electric. Kiev and Donavan came out to help us with some appliance outlet issues and we couldn't be happier. They quoted us the amount of time they needed to get it done and they were done much quicker. They left everything clean before they left and made sure we were satisfied. Thank you!
Exceeded our expectations a thorough and complete repair including cleaning the mess repairs can make.
I recommend them and I also recommend the service plan to save you a few dollars. It’s very nice to build relationships with companies in your community. It’s a win win for everybody and you know their workmanship. Kiev has to be one of their very best technicians , if not, he’s all mine.
I’m not a tech savvy guy so I’ve never taken the time to figure out how to write a review, but after my experience with Mr. Electric it would’ve been a disservice not to. For the last 5 years I’ve dealt with poorly placed outlets in my living room, two of which didn’t even work. I’ve had 2 other services quote me on…
