Excellent knowledge and attention to detail, great work.
Mr. Electric literally saved the day (and my wallet)!! I reached out to them for a second opinion after I got a crazy quote for some work that needed to be done from a different company. They sent Ryan out...let me just say, he is the MAN! Top tier professionalism aside, he was just a super cool dude! He walked…
Robert was friendly and explained the work that he was preforming in easy to understand terms. He fixed our problem and did not try to up sell us which we really appreciated.Would recommend 100%
If I can give more stars I would!!! Angel the office manager has been nothing but lovely, professional, and very easy to work with. Ryan our electrician was in the site on time & identified the issues & what needs to be done withing minutes. The process was breezy & I think I just found my new go to when it comes to electric issues. Great job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very communicative and kind! Service same day.
Robert was my technician and he was great. He answered any and all questions and I never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend them again.
Frank and Andrew were simply outstanding! They were punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were attentive and very thorough… I highly recommend them!
Quick response and great service. Called Mr. Electric to resolve a wiring issue in my electric panel that was raised as an issue during a home inspection that was required to obtain homeowners insurance. Having used Mr. Electric before I placed a call to their office and was given a same day appointment. The…
Keiv was professional and did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend.
Skylar showed up . Fixed it. All on the same day it broke. Can’t say enough good things.
A surge from Duke energy took out my electricity one hour before guests were due to arrive at my house. Mr Electric was the only company that picked up the phone. Skyler was there within 45 min and repaired multiple problems. All was well faster than I could have imagined.
Highly recommend, Mr. Electric of Tampa Bay. Frank did a great job installing recessed lighting and adding an electric charger to the garage (which included panel and outlet work). Frank was professional, thorough, and on time!
Great service. Called after found a problem with a generator plug-in outlet that they installed prior year and they came and fixed for free. Fast and friendly service
A 4-point inspection was performed on my home and I had a couple of minor electrical problems that needed corrected. Frank showed up on time, analyzed the problems, and provided an expert solution to fix the issues at a reasonable price. I'm happy with the services provided by Mr. Electric of Tampa Bay and would recommend them.
Reasonable pricing and great service
The Mr Electric team was the 4th set of electricians to come to our 1970s era home. They tracked down and fixed circuits nobody else could figure out. They’re on time, diligent, and conscientious. Since then, we’ve had them add circuits, exterior outlets, and other work. They will be my first choice in the future.
Skyler had called and asked if he can come earlier than the appt which worked for me. He was informative and took the time to explain the answers to my questions in detail so I understood more. Although he had to go get the parts he needed he kept in touch to let me know when he was returning and I didn’t have to…
Andres was the best! Very strong communication of what he was going to do ahead of performing the service, informative once he found the issue, and even educated me on how to test my breakers safely in the future (I already had a bit of experience with HV wiring). One of the best tradesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring!
Mr. Electric sent someone over within 30 minutes! Our generator had some issues and our ac stopped working. Mr. Electric got it up and running in less than 30 minutes. We really appreciate the last minute help!
If you want it done correctly the first time as well as not wasting your day waiting on someone to show then you will appreciate the on time appointments.
Very happy with this company, from the initial contact with Christy(?) to the service tech Carlos. Quick response for a reasonable price. Professionals from beginning to end.
Our technician was very knowledgeable, on time, respectful, thorough and helpful since we are new residents of Florida. HIGHLY recommend this company and we will be using them again whenever needed!
Joe was amazing to all of us here at GMS! So fun and professional to be around for the last couple days. We will be using him about if we ever have any other electrical issues!
Matt and Robert did a great job! They arrived on time. Went right to work and were professional and respectful. We are very pleased with the work they performed for us. We will definitely use them for all of our future electrical work.
I absolutely LOVE Mr. Electric Lutz!!!! They have completed so much work for me in 2 different homes over the last 3 years. I love that they will come in and do a complete assessment of your home and then prioritize it for you. This is very helpful when you buy a home that was built in 1985!!! Matthew and Frank are…
Installed a transfer switch (sub-panel) and generator plug-in for emergency power distribution during extended power outages. I interviewed and received bids from four companies and went with Mr. Electric. They were the least expensive and provided a better and more thorough approach to the installation. Two very…
Matthew arrived as advised and thoroughly explained their fees and process. Performed an inspection on the issues and made the necessary corrections keeping me informed as he moved along. He was very professional and positive attitude. He is a very good electrician and an asset to your company.
No AC due to breaker popping. Told the story if the incident and, over the phone, and their team found a way to get us in right away. HVAC company took 5 days to even visit, did not care about our situation (no AC in Florida). Mr. Electric is only electric repair company I will ever use.
Electrician was pleasant, timely, prompt and great at diagnosing the problem though I would like to have been given the estimate in writing.
Very good company with reliable technicians. Can be a little pricey but they do good work.
Matt and Robert evaluated the problem and was able to get a temporary until the panel box could be replaced. Very responsive and came out within an hour of my call.
I was very pleased with Keiv Donadelle. He was very professional and did an amazing job. Thank you for everything.
Another great install from Mr. Electric. Carlos and his men came out and knocked out an install. Highly recommended. Thanks Eric, you and your guys are incredible.
All of the people I dealt with were extremely nice and my issue was ultimately resolved. The company originally came to my house to provide a quote, but due to the skepticism of the technician, I ended up being without power for 36 hours and ultimately their service cost $300+ more than a quote from another local electric repair company.
Great service and personnel
Technicians showed up on time, they were very professional and courteous, and worked diliigently until the job was complete. They left the job site very clean. If i need any additional electrical work Mr. Electric will be the first to call. Thank you to the team that serviced us.
Excellent Company And Will Use Them For Service In The Future.
Very professional and friendly service from start to finish. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they offer great service at a fair rate. Daniel has done work on our personal home and most recently work on a home that I am the listing agent on. He was prompt, professional and very kind. We will continue to use…
They were quickly available and had the necessary experience to fix the issue with our pool heater. We had a badly wired heat pump that was very quickly diagnosed and fixed at a reasonable price. They even looked at the pool pump fuse and fixed a potential issue there.
Keiv was great! He took his time to explain things to us and give his honest feedback. Highly recommend!
Kiev and Donovan were efficient and professional. I recommend them highly.
My guy is Frank. He always get the job done and very professional, neat and most of all a cool guy. He explains everything, I feel like a professional after he’s done explaining. This company is better than the rest by far and they are reasonable. Most other companies are over priced.
Doug was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. We will use Mr. Electric in the future and highly recommend them.
Had the pleasure of meeting the two gentlemen named Doug & Levi who both were Positive, polite and got the job done in a timely manner. They went as far as to work into the night as to be sure our outlets and power was fixed. Very impressed, highly recommend. 10/10
