Skylar from Mr. Electric was excellent. He quickly figured out what was causing the issue, explained it clearly, and walked me through the options without any pressure or upselling. Super knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. You could tell he actually cared about getting to the right solution. I’d definitely ask for Skylar again.
The team was very easy and patient to work with. They gave me a rough estimate and troubleshoot some faulty power issues on the property and were able to go out the next day and fixed everything for exactly what they estimated. Their text and email communication was fantastic throughout the process.

Wow! Joe! Excellent customer service. Joe came in to our office to fix a few things and he was so professional and knowledgeable. He was also extremely courteous of our space and time we are making calls all day! I cannot recommend him enough, as you don't wish the need for electricians to have to stop out, I would welcome Joe back anytime.

This company was outstanding! We had several light fixtures replaced and light switches changed out. Skyler and Joseph were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions, addressed our concerns, and did quality work. We will be using this company again in the future!
