Technician was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. I have had other much more extensive plumbing repairs done and I was also very pleased. I use them for all of my plumbing needs.
Talked to real people, no AI agents. They were kind, respectful and very reasonable. Highly recommend!! A++++++
We had a very pleasant and professional service from Jayden. He was knowledgeable and flushed our water heater and checked our water pressure. All under the service plan and there was no charge. He asked if there were additional things that we needed it and left estimates.
Service response was very quick. The technician identified the problem and corrected it quickly. All live employees that i dealt with were competent, very courteous, and interested in solving my problem. It was a good experience.
Mr. Plumber was fast, friendly and got our pipes moving again very quickly. We will use them again for sure if we need plumbing services!

Service call was supposed to be 93.00 to unclog drain. Wound up costing several hundred dollars. Then received call next day saying we signed up for a monthly service at 9.00 and they wanted our debit card since we paid by check. Told them we did know anything about the service and did not want it. Was told we had…

I have utilized Mr. Plumber for the past 8 years. I had a garbage disposal fail and start leaking and Mr. Plumber was the only available company willing to come out on a Sunday and that was in 2005. They also installed a water heater and a water softener in 2006 which are still going strong as they come out every…

I’ve used this business for several years for all my plumbing needs. Most recently one of their drain techs came out (Chuck) and cleared my kitchen sink quickly and it’s still working great a few weeks later. Can’t say enough good things about this company.

Gage was on time, very polite and professional. Did a great job and was careful to clean up when he was done.
Seth Kelso and Frank Chaney did great work replacing leaking bathroom sink pipes and installing a new faucet/drain. The job entailed more than originally estimated and I did feel that the charge was a bit high priced (basically twice the original estimate). Even so, I have worked with this company in the past and I…

Jonathan was great. He arrived within the 30 minute window, he was very easy to talk to, he was very fast at getting the job done and he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely request Jonathan to do the work at my home again!
Mr. Plumber had us scheduled within 24 hours, faster than any plumber I’ve ever worked with. The technician was communicative and showed up on the front end of the two hour window (another thing I’ve rarely experienced) and he had our issue fixed within minutes, along with some sound advice on maintenance. Great experience!
Very knowledgeable and experienced people will always use them
The gentlemen that came to help us were very efficient, polite and did a great job. I was told that in a couple of months, you would not accept cash. This is a problem for me.
Very professional, very informative, explained everything to us as things Seth was doing. Made sure our drain was working before he left. Very well spoken, kind, and down to earth.
Seth Kelso did an amazing job unclogging my kitchen sink. I highly recommend him. I feel he went above and beyond for the $93.
