In retrospect, I should have waited until normal hours, paid eat to much for the service done

I'm giving a shout-out to Drew Hileman with Mr. Plumber for a great job locating and repairing a leak located between the ceiling of my downstairs and the floor of my upstairs. It was not an easy location to find and access! He was efficient and skillful in getting my hot water back on. Thank you Drew and Mr. Plumber!

We had an emergency plumbing repair needed, and though they were booked that day, they came out by the end of the day as promised. The technician was professional and did a great job on the repair.

Jon Fischer came to my house in the middle of the night and fixed my plumbing issue. We had water everywhere from our water softener and he stopped the flow until it could be replaced.

At this point issue not resolved very upset have paid 1700 with no results u tell me how u doing

The service tech was courteous and friendly. He worked very professionally and completed the job successfully in a reasonable amount of time. I have absolutely no complaint with the service tech or the job he performed. I do however feel that what I was charged for the services rendered was if fact way more than it should have been.
