I'm giving a shout-out to Drew Hileman with Mr. Plumber for a great job locating and repairing a leak located between the ceiling of my downstairs and the floor of my upstairs. It was not an easy location to find and access! He was efficient and skillful in getting my hot water back on. Thank you Drew and Mr. Plumber!

Plumber Josh was great. Super proffesional and explained everything. On time . Only reason not 5 stars was the cost factor, but I did not get estimates so its my fault I cant compare it to another company.

Mr. Plumber replaced my washing machine valve box and the water lines from the new valve box down the wall and through the crawl space. Dayton came and performed a plumbing system evaluation, gave great advice, and provided estimates for services. We purchased one service and it was completed today. We will purchase others in the near future. His work and expertise were appreciated today.

Jeff was very friendly, polite, positive with a fun sense of humor. He was skilled at replacing the leaky pipe and cleaned up the mess. We hope he is who will do any work we might need in the future.
