He was professional, informative, friendly and completed the toilet repair. He checked my main drain outside and ran water in all the faucets to see if that was causing any trouble for the toilet functioning.

Nice repairman --explained everything before he started working.
Just a simple water valve fix on a toilet, but they were very responsive and showed up in a very timely manner and did the job quickly, I had the parts on the truck. I will say if there was any negative, it did seem a little on the expensive side, but then again, they have the people and do show up.
Mark did a great job replacing three 21-year-old toilets with three brand new Gerber toilets. Mark took care of all the problems and issues that come with removing very old toilets. The new toilets look great and work great.
Bill is the best plumber in indianapolis hands down. He not only provides the highest quality of service but his expert mentorship has enabled me to make some repairs myself. I wholeheartedly trust Bill and Mr. Plumber for anything water related and plan on being a customer for the foreseeable future.

What would've been one visit ended up to be two. The plumber the first time didn't have a plumber's snake with him!. The second time they sent a Drain Specialist for a simple toilet clog. Thankfully, I had a 1-yr. guarantee from a previous such situation and thus no charge, much appreciated.
