He was professional, informative, friendly and completed the toilet repair. He checked my main drain outside and ran water in all the faucets to see if that was causing any trouble for the toilet functioning.
Came out in the middle of the night and was very productive and professional! Thank you, Seth!
Nice repairman --explained everything before he started working.
Just a simple water valve fix on a toilet, but they were very responsive and showed up in a very timely manner and did the job quickly, I had the parts on the truck. I will say if there was any negative, it did seem a little on the expensive side, but then again, they have the people and do show up.
Mark did a great job replacing three 21-year-old toilets with three brand new Gerber toilets. Mark took care of all the problems and issues that come with removing very old toilets. The new toilets look great and work great.
Bill is the best plumber in indianapolis hands down. He not only provides the highest quality of service but his expert mentorship has enabled me to make some repairs myself. I wholeheartedly trust Bill and Mr. Plumber for anything water related and plan on being a customer for the foreseeable future.
Matt Johnson was my technician and I could not be more impressed with his customer service. He truly went above and beyond to solve the problem, and had such a positive attitude. Matt is definitely an asset to Mr. Plumber!
Very professional.
We got a heads up on the specific arrival time and Bill arrived right on time. He was friendly, answered all my questions, showed me what the problem was and completed the installation efficiently and cleanly. Fantastic job.
He was knowledgeable and respectful. Quoted the price prior to working.
Logan was great! Very helpful!
Excellent service from the call to schedule to job completion! Plumber arrived early after checking with me. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient and very thorough! I am typically in defense mode during service appointments like this because I feel like I am going to be taken to the cleaners and that they will try…
Blake was personable and efficient. He listened to my description of our problem and our past experience with it. He answered all my questions, and quickly resolved the issue.
Blake, the plumber that came was very professional and fixed the problem. I will be using Mr. Plumber for my plumbing needs from now on.
What would've been one visit ended up to be two. The plumber the first time didn't have a plumber's snake with him!. The second time they sent a Drain Specialist for a simple toilet clog. Thankfully, I had a 1-yr. guarantee from a previous such situation and thus no charge, much appreciated.
Ryan and James worked feverishly for a very long time, determined to fix my plumbing issue. And God Bless them, they succeeded. And I'm so grateful for their dedication and determination to get the job done. Very professional and considerate of my home. Delightful individuals who knew what they were doing. Thank you gentlemen.

I received an appointment quickly and a clear proposal for repairs to an older house. The team arrived the following day and replaced two toilets as advertised quickly efficiently. I really appreciated their hustle, especially Christian.
Worked fast, wife was working and Dayton was respectful of that.
Chris was great. Quickly replaced the valve circa 1940. Toilet works now.

Luke was kind, knowledgeable and did exactly what We needed. Thank you
We had a great experience with DJ! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that we were having a plumbing emergency (we had to shut our water completely off) and a quick response, arrival was important to us. It took almost 10 hours after we called for the plumber to arrive (we were given a 7AM-10PM window) but we…
DJ was great. Very quick and efficient.

He did not finish the work however is going to come back today
Mason was great. Informative and professional
Bill was wonderful and was very professional!
The service tech was courteous and friendly. He worked very professionally and completed the job successfully in a reasonable amount of time. I have absolutely no complaint with the service tech or the job he performed. I do however feel that what I was charged for the services rendered was if fact way more than it should have been.
The plumber was on time and was very courteous. He answered all my questions.
