Mr. Plumber has an experienced and professional team. Luke Watkinson, Brian Spanhook & team did an awesome job with replacing/installing a new Water Heater and I am satisfied with their work and I highly recommend them for any plumbing services.

This was a warranty replacement, made more difficult by the manufacturer discontinuing the existing product. It took a couple of visits to make the replacement system compatible but Mr Plumber sent out people quickly who solved the problems. I was sufficiently impressed by the dedication to customer satisfaction that I signed on to a service plan.

Our water heater started leaking after only 4years of purchasing it from Mr Plumber. We called and were quickly added to the schedule within 24hrs-(we called after regular business hours). We were under warranty and the new one was installed same day. We were very happy with our plumber and the service he provided

Installers caused damage to our hallway ceiling, acknowledged it, took photos and now no one will respond to us about repairing the damage

We have had Mr Plumber do several jobs at our house. They have put in a tankless water heater, replaced our sump pump and backup pump, and helped repair a shower leak. My old water heater failed out of the blue. Mr Plumber was very quick to set an appointment and replace the unit within 2 days. The entire replacement took about 2 hours, very fast service.
