Great communication, prompt arrival and good workmanship. We appreciated the good service! Good Job!
I was really happy with the service that both DJ and Drew provided after my Navien tankless heater failed to ignite after the recent big snow dump. Luke was my technician this time and he was great, friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was happening and what my options were. I’ve had several great experiences with Mr Plumber now so plan to be a long time customer (though hopefully won’t need them often!)
Fast effective, friendly and affordable. DJ Otis was thorough and efficient in double checking everything was in order. Thanks!!
Hot water went out the day before Thanksgiving. Luckily we were able to secure an early appt Friday. The plumber came out and not only took care of our issue, but also recommended care options to extend the longevity of not only our water heater but a recommendation on our sump pit setup.
Dayton Wells did good job with the water heater and check out the rest of the plumbing in the house.
He knew his business very helpful and professional. We always use Williams comfort and Mr. Plummer for our needs
Bill, get there on time, and guide me through the process of my issue with the hot water sistem, than you bill for your professionalism and your support.
Arrived in a timely manner, professional...got our water heater back up and running.
Prepaid in 21 for a plumbing inspection in 22. I was in the process of moving in 22 so didn’t use it. Ready to use it now but they tell me “it expired “. I lose money, you lose a customer.
We are pleased with the service provided by Bill. Thank you!
Floyd was very thorough and explained the problem, solution and potential problems very clearly.
Jon was polite, professional and very thorough. We really appreciate you all getting to us on a Sunday. The leak was repaired, water service was restored and in the process he an upcoming issue that enabled us to correct it before it became a real problem. Thank you!
Mr. Palmer is great I like the professionalism of the work that they performed at my house
My experience was not the greatest the gentleman arrive and ask how long we live in the home and stated it needs replace and did not look at the water heater and want to charge for a service call
