I had a pretty good experience with Mr Rooter. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to utilizing this company as primary source for plumbing issues. Granted they continue the same customer service. I would recommend them, prices were within reasonable range.

Jason was excellent. He gave us options, made his recommendation, and let us decide. Then he did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and left us with a really good experience and good information for the future.

We just had SHANE M. Come out for an evaluation, on a lot of problems. He was courteous and professional. He took his time to show me and explain everything that needed to be done to fix the problems. He will be back on Tuesday for the job.

I had a back up in my plumbing. Noah came out and snaked the pipe from the clean out to the tank. He was out there for almost 4 hours. Working the entire time. We were very happy with how quickly Mr Rooter sent a tech out to clear our clogged kitchen drain. We were quoted $69.00 for the service call, which I thought was reasonable, however the final bill came out to $350.46. $271.46 to clear a standard kitchen drain seems extremely excessive. We will be using someone else next time.

We had a water backing up in the basement drain. The guys from Mr. Rooter came out and were pleasant, and were careful not to leave a mess for us to clean up. After arriving they were finished quickly.

Called them out Sunday to clear a sump drain outside the house, they were not able to clear it. I asked them to come back Wed. but they did not show up. Haven't heard from them since. Hopefully they can come back today (Thur.) my yard is flooding.

I called at noon for a backed-up drain in my basement where furnace empties. Chris arrived an hour later and worked on the problem from more than 3 hours. Ultimately unclogging a very plugged line and installing a new Sump Pump. Great service and professionalism.

Matt came out this morning to do a power snaking of my laundry room floor drain and also did a video inspection of my main drain. He was very nice and professional. Our kitchen drain very unexpectedly clogged and was completely out of commission. Mr. Rooter was able to get a technician out within a few hours of us calling. Had the best service from Isaiah today. Had a problem with our bath tub and sink being clogged so I called Roto and Isaiah came. We have another project being done under our house and needed this unexpected clog to be unclogged fast. He was very professional, on time and very patient. I forget the name of the guy who helped me but he was great, I had a complete blockage of my pipe going to the septic tank. It was a difficult snake as I dont have an access but dumb luck went in our favor on the 13th try. I will use them for all of my future needs. I'm very happy with the service.

I used mr rooter to unclog the main sewer line from the house. Water was backing up in the basement. The tech Cody was here within 45 minutes. Got everything fixed up in less than an hour and we are good to go. Cody is very professional and has a great attitude. I will be using mr rooter in the future if needed.
