#1 On time #2 went to work and was mindful of home . #3. Was very professional about his work. #4 would recommend him to the subdivision contactor list.

I had a pretty good experience with Mr Rooter. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to utilizing this company as primary source for plumbing issues. Granted they continue the same customer service. I would recommend them, prices were within reasonable range.

Jason was excellent. He gave us options, made his recommendation, and let us decide. Then he did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and left us with a really good experience and good information for the future.

Greg was the gentleman that came by the house today to help us! He was wonderful professional very kind. We were able to get our issue resolved, thankfully.

Called in the morning and they had Mike out within the hour. Cleared my line out quickly.

May 28, 2026 - Bathroom is like new, thanks to Austin G's SUPERB service, again I am extremely satisfied 💜✌️ Fast and efficient service from Mike U (son too). I needed hot water tank service. I called on Monday morning, here within the hour, done within the next couple. User friendly explanation of problem too. Thanks for being available when needed.

Greg came out and took care of everything to do with my backup problem. Even given the situation we were laughing by the end of it.

We have been having issues with flow for about a month, after all our efforts we called Mr. Rooter. They were quick to get a service call answered. Jeremy was professional, helpful and understanding. The office girls were friendly and efficient. While we hope we don’t have to use your services again, we are very pleased with the resolution.

We just had SHANE M. Come out for an evaluation, on a lot of problems. He was courteous and professional. He took his time to show me and explain everything that needed to be done to fix the problems. He will be back on Tuesday for the job.

This is what you look for in a plumbing service: on time, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Another great thing is that they always text you a photo of your tech so you can be certain that the person who shows up is the real deal. P.S. - Jimmy was great!

Bobby was fantastic! He was polite, professional and explained everything well. He tried to use methods to keep me costs to a minimum. He took the time needed to make repairs correctly.

Rick was very knowledgeable and professional. Came,cleaned up their stuff and were gone.

I had a back up in my plumbing. Noah came out and snaked the pipe from the clean out to the tank. He was out there for almost 4 hours. Working the entire time. Freezing cold while snowing some of the time and he never gave up. Appears to be a great company with Noah being a great guy. I wouldn’t let this guy go!

We were very happy with how quickly Mr Rooter sent a tech out to clear our clogged kitchen drain. We were quoted $69.00 for the service call, which I thought was reasonable, however the final bill came out to $350.46. $271.46 to clear a standard kitchen drain seems extremely excessive. We will be using someone else next time.
