I never have issues with Mr. Rooter! They are an A one company!

#1 On time #2 went to work and was mindful of home . #3. Was very professional about his work. #4 would recommend him to the subdivision contactor list.

Great!

I had a pretty good experience with Mr Rooter. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to utilizing this company as primary source for plumbing issues. Granted they continue the same customer service. I would recommend them, prices were within reasonable range.

Jason was excellent. He gave us options, made his recommendation, and let us decide. Then he did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and left us with a really good experience and good information for the future.

Greg was the gentleman that came by the house today to help us! He was wonderful professional very kind. We were able to get our issue resolved, thankfully.

Andrew E did a great job and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We have been having issues with flow for about a month, after all our efforts we called Mr. Rooter. They were quick to get a service call answered. Jeremy was professional, helpful and understanding. The office girls were friendly and efficient. While we hope we don’t have to use your services again, we are very pleased with the resolution.

We just had SHANE M. Come out for an evaluation, on a lot of problems. He was courteous and professional. He took his time to show me and explain everything that needed to be done to fix the problems. He will be back on Tuesday for the job.

This is what you look for in a plumbing service: on time, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Another great thing is that they always text you a photo of your tech so you can be certain that the person who shows up is the real deal. P.S. - Jimmy was great!

I called at 8am and service was here at 10am. Evan was very nice and professional. What a lifesaver! Thank you!

Got things moving again. Very pleased.

James and Ryan were professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job. Also Diego did a great job on the wall crack.

I want to thank Tech Brad B. he's young but knowledgeable and respectful. In addition to being EXTREMELY overpriced, they did an awful job. They didn’t even put back items that they moved around during service. I didn’t realize until after they left that their work caused sewage to back up out of our guest bathroom. The same backup issue is happening again. We were just away from home for… Read full review

We were very happy with how quickly Mr Rooter sent a tech out to clear our clogged kitchen drain. We were quoted $69.00 for the service call, which I thought was reasonable, however the final bill came out to $350.46. $271.46 to clear a standard kitchen drain seems extremely excessive. We will be using someone else next time.

Tommy was great and cleared the drain no problem.

James was our service person, and he was very professional and friendly. He went the extra mile to fix our drain problem. He was very knowledgeable and cleaned up the area he worked on.
