I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter! I discovered a leak in my basement, and Jason was able to come out quickly to take care of it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job addressing the issue. I really appreciated his prompt response and quality of work. Highly recommend Jason and the team at Mr. Rooter!

Shane M came out quickly and was able to repair my leak and get my water restored.

Quentin J did a great job,. He was very professional explained everything worked diligently and cleaned up expertly.

Jason was excellent. He gave us options, made his recommendation, and let us decide. Then he did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and left us with a really good experience and good information for the future.

James B was a huge help and had great timing. He did quick work and made sure everything was working properly without any leaks. I was very impressed with both the speed and quality of his work.

Had a floor drain pipe that was clogged. Andrew checked the pipe, and he communicated how he was going to fix it. He was able to get the job done within an hour. He did a great job communicating what needed to be done.

We just had SHANE M. Come out for an evaluation, on a lot of problems. He was courteous and professional. He took his time to show me and explain everything that needed to be done to fix the problems. He will be back on Tuesday for the job.

This is what you look for in a plumbing service: on time, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Another great thing is that they always text you a photo of your tech so you can be certain that the person who shows up is the real deal. P.S. - Jimmy was great!

James was extremely professional and easy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for better service. He did an excellent job and it was a very involved plumbing project. We are very happy with the results of his hard work.

I’ve used them a few times and they are always great. It’s refreshing to be able to call them up and always count on them do an exceptional job. They are friendly and reasonable. Would highly recommend them.

Technician was excellent. Arrived on schedule, completed the work quickly, explained what needed to be done completely. He even contacted the township to have the main turned off and on for the service he was completing.
