Very good tech who did the work.
I had a pretty good experience with Mr Rooter. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to utilizing this company as primary source for plumbing issues. Granted they continue the same customer service. I would recommend them, prices were within reasonable range.
Your technician must clean the drain line from clean out plug But he put the snake from the garbage disposal opening, So he can't clean the sewage line ,, And he charged me 160 $ for job he doesn't do anything in it

We have been having issues with flow for about a month, after all our efforts we called Mr. Rooter. They were quick to get a service call answered. Jeremy was professional, helpful and understanding. The office girls were friendly and efficient. While we hope we don’t have to use your services again, we are very pleased with the resolution.
Needed my basement drain snaked, and Jason did a great job with that and informing me on options I could take for preventative maintenance as well.

Terrific experience- my rental property sewer was blocked and it was a Saturday morning. Not only did Mr. Rooter take my phone call, but the two technicians dispatched were amazing.
