Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Detroit

We've been very happy with Mr.Rooter twice now. First time was with Anthony last year who worked on our sewer line replacement, and this year Austin who replaced our water heater. Both times they were professional, upfront and efficient.

James helped us out in a bind. Utility company bored through our drain which eventually failed. they got the problem diagnosed and fixed in a single day.

They always are so helpful! I've used them multiple times.

The dig crew Diego and Willie were excellent! The had a make it happen attitude and Diego had great expertise to get a challenging job complete! Also, Tony for having the sense of urgency we really needed to get it permitted and schedules asap!

Austin was our service tech and got my drain cleared very quickly. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about what we needed him for. Rooter Plumbing hires the best guys to service you and have affordable rates for service. I’ll continue to use them going forward for all plumbing related needs.

The job performed was adequate but they nicked an underground power line and would not pay/fix it. That cost me an additional $1100. I guess this is the reason they are not BBB rated. Will not use them again unless it is under warranty

Austin came out of Midland..got right to work clea ing roots out of the sewer lines...very knowledgeable and didn't waste any time..a good guy to have in your employment.

Excellent job the plumber did

The Mr Router Brett James was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He assessed the problem and solved the problem at my mother's house. I would recommend and use Mr Router again in the future.

Dante came out and explained the problem, fixed the issue, and even supplied a cap to a drain that was missing one.

They are working at fixing my plumbing system. Huge tree the problem.

Matt has been amazing to work with! He has helped us through two separate situations recently in our basement and really explains what could be going on as well as options to fix.

Fantastic work by George! He performed several services for us all all were handled with excellence!

Rob W was absolutely amazing! I could not have asked for a better experience. He was so knowledgeable, experienced and generous. He came out on a Saturday and worked very hard to unclog our main pipe. I will be using Mr. Rooter for absolutely everything going forward. I will never go anywhere else!

Doug was the gentlemen that came to help me out at my place of work. We had our drains the overflowed with fecal matter and it was really upsetting our clients and causing a terrible smell. Willie did a fantastic job with our sewer repair. He was very professional, and explained everything they were doing and why.

They came out quickly when we had an emergency. They were able to fix our issue quickly and saved us money by keeping our down time minimal. Billy was friendly and knew what to do. Isaiah did a wonderful job today helping to clear our clogged sewer. He was professional and very helpful and provided me with good tips and advice. He was so helpful in assisting me with getting set up for the lifetime membership and maintenance yearly to help prevent this from happening again. Amazing customer service and they were able to find and fix my issue sooner than expected. I have been relying on this company over 5 years and have never had a bad experience.

We called, waited a couple of hours, they showed up and fixed our clogged/backed up drain.. Mr Rooter was professional, on time and very courteous. We will definitely hire them for any water or drain issues we have in the future. We recommend Mr Rooter for your plumbing problems.
