James and Ryan were very professional and very courteous. Explained the payment plan if we needed it with no hesitation. Will definitely use Mr. Rooter again. We have some plumbing we need to redo in a couple years and they will be our go to for it.

We've been very happy with Mr.Rooter twice now. First time was with Anthony last year who worked on our sewer line replacement, and this year Austin who replaced our water heater. Both times they were professional, upfront and efficient.

Called a couple of other companies and was told that they don't provide any of the services that I need. I made another call to Mr rooter got the job done and done Wright by professional installers.

Fast expert service. I was very impressed with all the staff. Their service was above and beyond my expectations. Would recommend Mr Rooter to everyone.

Extremely impressed by the great service I received! Called and they were out to my house within an hour. I had an appointment later that day so Greg came back after to finish the job, which was extremely accommodating. Had a whole new hot water tank installed within 2 hours. I'll definitely be using their services in the future.

Had a hot water tank replaced, a toilet repaired a leaky faucet today. Austin G was amazing, fast, polite, and a great ambassador for your company. It's such a rare thing these days to find service people who like their job, and are pleasant.

Mr. Rooter sent Mike D. out and he was awesome at keeping me informed, and he did a great job replacing my hot water tank. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. If you use Mr. Rooter, definitely ask for this guy.

Came diagnosed my issue , needed replacement to replace my tankless water heater , came back and replaced it quickly & professionally.

Keith and Scotty both did a super job in restoring our basement plumbing after the flood of June 25-26, 2021. New water heater and new laundry tub with new faucet are working great!
