Brandon and Jason did a great job taking care of the sewer back up in my basement. The problem was in the sewer main. They notified the township before it became whole neighborhood problem. I am pleased with the work and the results. Travis did a good job explaining the costs and doing the work involved in cleaning the sewer line. But my wife and I feel that the charges for about a half hour of work were way too high.

Travis, was informative, knowledgeable and clean.

Called for a sewer backup emergency late at night on the weekend and Rooter Plumbing responded within the hour to snake the blockage clear. Brandon was quick and great!

Both Travis and Brandon are amazing. They let me hang around and ask questions and explain all options to me. We had complete sewage failure and back up and they have guided me through this and have done everything they can to help my family the DAY OF AND NEXT DAY. Good people. Good results.
