Fall of 2025 I woke up to a flooded out basement. Had these guys out and I was told it was tree roots that caused a clog/break in the sewer line. Brandon and Jason did a great job taking care of the sewer back up in my basement. The problem was in the sewer main. They notified the township before it became whole neighborhood problem. Brandon was very professional, helpful and informative. The price was reasonable for the job that was done.

My sewer backed up something nasty and Brandon came out and took care of the flooding, priced me for a job on preventing it in the future, and referred me to specialists for cleanup. What a sweetheart.

Our building had a sewage backup that shut down us down for three days. Stephen and the Mr. Rooter team were quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable, and helped us fix every issue we had. We went from shut down to reopened quickly thanks to their hard work! I could not recommend them more!
