Edwin did a fantastic and difficult job and never gave up until he accomplished the task Pipes having roots growing inside They truly are the roots of all evil
Omar was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient
The tech that came out was awesome. He was very polite and professional. He fixed the issue. I would recommend the tech that drove truck #5. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. I have never been good with names.
Best company ever! Omar did a great job and was very personable and professional. He cared about my family and what we were going through. It was the main drain from the house that clogged, and a horrible mess.
Edwin was very knowledgeable and professional. He had a great personality and worked very hard to fix my clogging issue, but it seems it was out in the street. I am on town water sewer, so I will be talking with them. Thank you. I would highly recommend Edwin, and Mr. Rooter!
The plumber was so very nice and got the issue fix with no problems. Cleaned up after can't even tell they where here. Will definitely use them again.
Excellent job, appreciate the quick response
Despite the circumstances of a sewer main being clogged on New Year’s Eve, it was a great experience with Mr Rooter. Nick was great, very transparent about pricing and services. Did the job to my satisfaction, even if he did give me news that I did not want to hear. Extremely thorough job. Sent pictures and videos…
Gets the job done, but pretty expensive and ruined some of our stuff under the sink because they didn’t remove anything before beginning to work on the pipes.
great job done, arrived on time, good communication before coming, took and gave us photoes of the problem, fixed everything and charged a reasonable price for work done.
Excellent and professional. I called for an emergency service at 5:38 PM on Sunday. Nick showed up within an hour. They communicated quickly and effectively. Nick was great. He gave me a quick analysis of his concerns and fixed our immediate issue. Highly recommend.
I had all backup pipes and the arrived early and did a excellent job at a fair price. Kudos to Edwin
We had a clogged kitchen sink. Edwin was our service rep. The price to do the job was a little prohibitive, but as it turned out the job was very troublesome, but he kept at it adding bigger equipment. Finally after a couple of hours he managed to unclog the drain. He said it was the most troublesome job he’s ever…
Very helpful. Thanks for the quick service
Jaden was very knowledgeable and friendly plus he answered all questions I had
On time and reasonably priced.
Had a very bad clog, called Mr rooter, came right out to help. Took them a little while, but they stuck with it and solved the problem. Couldn't be happier.
Omar and his coworker were great. They assessed my situation, were extremely efficient and fairly priced for an emergency.
The service was good, but they are a little pricey.
No complaints here! Jayden was on time, very polite, explained what he was doing, and got the job done. Yes I would definitely recommend this company.
Excellent work by the repair man fixed problem fast and efficient
Showed up the same day I called, and service technician was at my residence within 2 hours. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Fixed the problem very quickly
Edwin showed right on time even a few minutes early ( l like that) explained what he needed to do, quoted a price which I was happy with and he was finished maybe 2 hours give or take. Showed me what he did explained any necessary follow up and options. Very satisfied
We have used Mr Rooter several times in the past few years. They show up on time, explain everything thoroughly, are reasonably priced and leave a clean job site. Their employees are kind, friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again.
I got a call back same day and an appointment for the following morning! The plumber was such a kind person, very considerate, and did fabulous and efficient work. The whole experience made my day!
We used Mr. Rooter for what we thought was a clogged drain but ended up being an entire clogged pipe. Nick did a great job getting us all cleaned out. Scheduling was simple and I was able to get an appointment for the next day.
Quick to respond, arrived when he said he would and explained everything as he worked. When he couldn’t fix it, he got the right people on the way to fix it the following morning. Highly recommend them.
I needed emergency service for a school. Mr. Rooter came out on short notice and took care of our problem. Very courteous and professional.
Good communication throughput process, prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly!
Amazing, timely appointment and quick service
Great service!
My technician cleared the blockage and noticed the fill valve was not operating properly. It is now free flowing and operating efficiently.
I've has to use Mr. Rooter 3 times in the last month: toilet leak, outside faucet replaced and basement washing machine sink clogged. I was able to get a plumber to my home the next day withOUT extra costs. Glen White was the plumber who came out the first time for my leaky toilet and I requested him the second and…
Very professional. Alessandro, the tech, explained in detail all the work he was doing. He always kept me "in the know" what was going on. It was easy to get service. Will use again, without hesitation.
My main sewer Drain was clogged on a Sunday night. Alesandro was there in less than an hour and was able to get the roots out of the drain more than 60 ft down. Very friendly and professional.
Same Day Service, Efficient, Friendly
I felt like I was bait and switched. Be careful of the pricing after they are already there. I was quoted a 129 dollar fee from them, then while I was listening to what he was telling my tenants the tech said 468 dollars. I have had this service by many others for a lot less money. I feel really taken advantage…
I have had great experiences with Mr Rooter. Once to install a hot water tank, and second to unclog a drain. Both experiences were professional, and I appreciate their business. FYI if people ever need a drain unclogged or plumbing services don't go to Fletcher's in Ludlow. Please seek out Mr Rooter
Plumber was knowledgeable, respectful and very courteous. He explained everything and showed us what was wrong. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I woul definitely recommend Mr. Rooter
Glenn is the best!!!
Called Mr. Rooter at around 7:45pm on a Sunday for a huge clog in a 4 family home we own. They answered on the second ring and had a tech dispatched out by 8. He promptly arrived and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes. He was friendly and explained what happed - very thorough job. We used to use Fletcher for…
Used them for 15 years. Prompt and professional
I have used them twice and got the same technician both times who was amazing. Both times they got the job done at a great price and I will definitely keep using them going forward. It's difficult to even get a call back from most other services in this area, Mr. Rooter in Holoyoke answered the phone and was able to…
The guy that came out was amazing. Very efficient. He cared about the job he was doing and took the time to make sure everything was working before he left. I was very thankful.
Excellent and prompt service, as always!
