What do you need done?

The technician that came to replace my water heater was very professional and completed the job. The only thing that I disliked was that I received a text at 9:05AM saying that the technician was on his way so I’m like great. I’m sitting and waiting and sitting and waiting. Then at around 11:30AM I get a text from…

Jacob was on time and very professional I will definitely recommend him. And will answer your questions as you asked him

The tech was outstanding. He cleaned up like he wasn’t even there. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The Gentleman that came out was very friendly. He was very respectful for my property and did a great job with putting in a new hot water heater. He worked by himself and did an amazing job installing and hauling the old one away

I called at 6:30 at night one evening, Needing a plumber to replace my water heater. And I was able to get an appointment the next day between 12:00pm and 3:00pm. That was fast service! The plumber that came out was very friendly and his work was very professional. I will call them again!

Quick, fair, transparent, professional, thorough, up-front, informative. Two thumbs up.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with Mr.Rooter! Very fair price in comparison, believe me, I shopped around! They were extremely timely and efficient. Very polite as well. Would recommend highly especially considering that I’m on a fixed income

Excellent service, I am very pleased with the work done. I had the pleasure of having Jacob do the water heater installation. He is very respectful and very knowledgeable about his job, he made sure everything was up to date compliance wise, saving me from failing inspection. Jacob answered all my questions…
