Super responsive. We've had them come four different occasions and each time they were quick in the services we needed and proficient. They explain things very well too. I'd complain about the pricing, but find quality is worth paying for.

They were very quick to respond, courteous, seemed knowledgeable, and performed the placement of a new water heater quickly. I can't complain about their work, however their pricing was way overboard. Paid $1,800 for the job, and the water heater had a price tag of $478 on it. Not happy about the price.
