I would like to thank Ryan for taking care of the clogged drain issue. He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable of his craft. I would definitely refer Mr.Rooter Plumbing to anyone that has plumbing issues.
I decided to go with the slightly more expensive option over another Nationwide competitor, turns out the cheaper guy quoted me only part of what I was going to need. Cam was so attentive and thorough in making sure that my problem was resolved, as well as explaining everything about what happened and how I could…
Great response from inquiry, to quote to installation. Great friendly service. Mr. Rooter is highly recommended.
I had them come out and clean the main drain from the house to the street.
Great crew! The staff unclogged my sink. Great service!
The person who contacted me to schedule the appointment was professional and patient. Cam the technican that provided the service was professional and thorough with explaining options and performing the chosen service.
Where do I start...well the crew showed up on time. They were polite & professional from the customer service down to the plumbers. The prices were the best. Unlike the $1500 the previous plumbers quoted. They worked til the line was clear. Did some runs to be 100% that all was well. I'll recommend Mr Rooter anyway.…
From first call to job completion, everyone was professional and kind which goes a long way with me! Cam the tech was kind, professional and efficient. My showers are now draining better than ever! Thank you to the entire team!
Very happy with the service. Storm and his assistant provided excellent service.
We had a wonderful experience and we would recommend them to our friends.
Top notch. Knows his craft
Great job in clearing out the drains in two sinks.
Ryan did a amazing job communicating exactly what needed to be done exactly what the price was very professional and thank you . Definitely recommend.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude and kept changing the price. I understand sometimes things happen and they need to but from $600 to $4000 is ridiculous. When they were questioned about it the became argumentative. I had to have them finish the job because they had me in a jam. Never again.
Yes, I would recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Pitt County. The plumber arrived just as was scheduled, evaluated the problem with the slow draining sink, fixed the problem, and tested his work. I, now, enjoy a fully functioning bathroom.
The cost is a bit pricey, I was able to get the job financed through the company. Overall service was good.
Had a bit of an emergency, called Mr Rooter and talked to Jade. She set me up a timeframe to get someone to me asap. Austin and Cam showed up even earlier! Took care of the immediate clog issue and was able to send me an estimate on the larger problem within the hour. I very much appreciated the quick response and a…

Andrew is very professional and friendly. He handled the job and was out in no time.
Booked for my mom. Technician was able to come out earlier than expected, which was great. Excellent work and very friendly. Much cheaper than I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend!
We were satisfied with our service, time wise and professional. Thank you for your services.
Very professional and right to the solution of the problem. Very fast in finding the problem and fixing it. Certainly glad i called Mr. Rooter Plumbing.
They came out December 10 and gave me a 60 warranty. Since they don’t come out on the weekends then they shouldn’t count as days. My sink is still clogging up and they won’t honor the terms.
Jacko was very professional, on-time and completed a very thorough job. Thanks.
The technicians was very Courtesy and professional
Hopefully I got what I paid for because they're Expensive!
Nice guy and professional. I called the same day and were out to my location within 2 hours.
Expensive but great job and follow up. Professional employees.
From the time I contacted Mr. Rooter for help with a clogged drain (non emergency) until problem was resolved I was kept in the loop. I never got the feeling my workorder had fallen through the cracks and i would never see a response. (I find that a lot in NC and I am not impressed.) In fact, if I had one…
After a horrible experience with another company, the guys at Mr Rooter of Pitt Co came to our rescue! They were able to fix a stoppage that another company wasn’t able to fix - a build up in 30 year old plumbing. The guys were super friendly, professional, and took their time. We’ve had no problems since. We will…
They were very fast coming and very professional when it got here. Thank you Mr Rooter.
