From the office staff scheduling the initial estimate to the gentlemen who installed my hot water heater they are polite,enthusiastic and customer oriented. They treat their customers like they would want their families to be treated.
After a 12 day fiasco with another company, Mr. Rooter had a new tankless water heater installed within 24 hours of our calling them and the price was better than we had been quoted from the other company. From the office staff to the plumbers who completed the project, they couldn't have been more helpful and professional.
