Technicians were fast, polite, and professional. Scope of work and pricing were clear at project outset. They informed me a projected part wasn’t needed and reduced the price accordingly. Always a good experience with Mrs Michaels.
The tech, Trinity, is always pleasant, polite, respectful. I have no doubt Trinity will get the job done and keep me informed from start to finish. She lets me know how long the heat will be off while she’s working on it, and even made an effort to say hello and chat with my elderly father while there. She made him feel comfortable which a was a nice bonus. She leaves the home spotless too and showed us before and after pics after cleaning a very dirty furnace part. Thanks!

Only had a furnace check up so far, but I will be using Mrs. Michael’s for other things in the future. The technician, Chris, was great. He went over everything with me and was friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. He even showed me where my water heater is. I just moved into a manufactured home and was not sure about that. I feel I can trust this company which is rare nowadays.

I have had my furnace, AC. plumbing & electrical maintained by Mrs. Michael's and evety Technician was extremely pleasant. Did what they came to do, answered evety question showed me what they were doing and how things are working. What they cleaned & checked. Very friendly, professional & complete.
