Easy to book, competitive pricing, great communication and friendly crew. I can't think of a single complaint!
Not a direct customer, but experienced inappropriate and reckless driving from one of their drivers while on the highway October 17th around 10am.
The driver was in the leftmost lane and switched right-ward in front of a friend’s car, narrowly missing our front fender by inches. This is extremely dangerous with potentially life-threatening consequences. The driver seemed to have no awareness of his actions, and even displayed aggression or a sense of indignation when I tried communicating, visually through the window.
I recognize the outstanding track record for service, but this behavioral issue is unacceptable and must be rectified immediately.

What a pleasure to do business with these wonderful people! From the point of looking them up online, to their prompt quoting for my house, the continual emails about when service would be provided and the times. it was such a wonderful experience. Their crew was right on time and came with a truck with their own water and hoses. They did an excellent job, and I can’t say enough praise for them. I have been in Summerset for over 22 years and our windows have always been so expensive here. this quote was wonderful and I would use them again and again. wish I had found them sooner.
