Muffetta's Housekeeping

Thank you, Grace, for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to offer some clarification for prospective clients who may be reading your review. Based on our records, it appears that your interaction with Muffetta's Housekeeping was limited to an initial inquiry regarding our cleaning rates, and that you did not ultimately schedule or receive cleaning services from our company. We certainly understand that pricing is an important consideration when selecting a house cleaning service, and we respect everyone's right to compare options and choose a company that best suits their household needs and budget. However, we also believe it's important to distinguish between an assessment of a company's pricing and an assessment of the actual services it provides. Muffetta's Housekeeping is a family-owned residential cleaning company with over 20 years of experience serving homeowners throughout Westchester County and surrounding communities. We have built our business around providing professional, dependable, detail-oriented housekeeping services, with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Our pricing reflects the level of service and professional standards we strive to maintain. As with many established service businesses, there are important considerations beyond the hourly rate itself, including the experience of the cleaning professionals, insurance coverage, business operating costs, and the care and attention devoted to each client's home. We recognize that our services may not be the right fit for every household or budget, and that's perfectly understandable. Our goal has never been to compete solely on price, but rather to provide meaningful value through the quality, reliability, and professionalism of our work. While we appreciate your interest in our company, we do regret that a four-star rating was assigned without an opportunity for us to demonstrate the actual quality of our cleaning services. We wish you the very best in finding a cleaning solution that meets your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify our approach for others considering Muffetta's Housekeeping. Warm regards, Muffetta's Housekeeping Management Team
