Very quick and efficient and friendly, warned us that we need a new sensor for the toilet when fixing something else which was nice and did a couple extra things.
Tim was fantastic - went way beyond our expectations! He even went to Home Depot with my husband to return the broken toilet they sent! I know we set his schedule way back, but he never complained. Friendly, professional, and very neat to top it all off! Highly recommend
