Everytime I take one of my cars in for service, I know what ever the issue is, it will be taken care of. The guys are very knowledgeable and they listen to me instead of cutting me short. My children have taken their cars there.

I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and new engine air cleaner. The service rep told me the air cleaner was like new and that the tire tread depth on the back tires was deeper and their position should be maintained. I've been going here for service for about 30 years. They are wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable and they are always willing to go the extra mile. Jamel has been especially helpful in working with me to get my car scheduled and fixed as soon as possible. This is my go to shop.

Under new ownership, you should avoid this shop. I returned with my car leaking oil from the oil pan that had been previously replaced and the work was not honored despite it being done at this shop. They charge you more than dealers and service is very bad. You are better of going to dealer than using Mundelein Tire and service own by new owner Greatwater 360 auto.I had to argue with the manager he put in unnecessary charges and over billed me. I am not going to use them again.

Honestly the best mechanics around and not to mention their customer service. I talked to a Mr Jamal who was very informative and had an excellent attitude. Third time using their services and will keep coming back for more.

Tom is the best! I always feel comfortable going to his shop and interacting with any of the staff. they're always so kind and helpful- explaining what they did, and why they did it. this is my go to place for any work I need on my car for good reason!

I found them from a Google search and sure am glad I did! Tom was polite, honest and only sold me what I needed. The price was very fair and it was done on time, as promised. I found my new mechanic! I'd give more than 5 stars if it let me.

They did a tire repair for me. Absolutely fantastic service. They were quick and efficient. Tom, the manager, was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We've been bringing our vehicles to MTS for over 10 years and have always been happy with the service. New management, led by Tom and Pete, have picked up right where John (Happy Retirement!) left off with honest work and great customer service! Definitely recommend.

I've had great experiences with this shop and bring all my cars here. They provide great service, at reasonable prices. They're quick to diagnose the problem and repair what needs to be done. I used to do a lot of car maintenance and repair on my own, and trust these guys to take care of my cars.
