Reviewers highlight the school's welcoming atmosphere and patient instruction for students of all ages, including young children and adults. Services include piano, voice, drums, and guitar lessons, with many mentioning group band opportunities and performance showcases. The staff is described as friendly and helpful, creating an environment where beginners feel accepted. A recurring criticism from a lower-rated review noted that background music was too loud during a performance, making it difficult to hear the singers.

We had our daughter’s 6th birthday party here today. It was PHENOMENAL. She and her friends had such a great time! Yelena and the crew were professional, friendly, and helpful. I absolutely recommend Music Box for your next birthday party!
I had the pleasure of taking piano lessons with Music Box and Will for two years, and I would highly recommend both Music Box and Will to anyone of any age who is interested in giving piano a try. My daughter loves the Music Box. Her teacher Lien has been so great to work with. We just finished up her first showcase. Onto the next performance soon!
i really enjoy my time with music box!! being in the band gives me so many opportunities to showcase my skills and improve my stage presence. i was also able to make so many friends that i’ll be able to depend on whether it be on stage or just in general. music box has so many benefits and i really appreciate it!
I am having so much fun. I am actually learning the guitar and not just a couple of chords and a song. Alex has created an environment of fun and acceptance. His team focuses on my improvements and not my failings. My weekly lesson with Marshall is a highlight of every week.

Lesley, thank you for your review and your kind words!
I had the pleasure of taking piano lessons with Music Box and Will for two years, and I would highly recommend both Music Box and Will to anyone of any age who is interested in giving piano a try. Music, rhythm, and especially playing an instrument never came naturally to me, and I never considered myself particularly musical. Will was able to make learning piano fun, simple, and approachable, even for someone like me who had never played before. He was patient, encouraging, and made every lesson something I genuinely looked forward to.
Thank you so much for your review, OIivia.
