Customers frequently cite efficient service, friendly staff, and affordable pricing as key benefits of the grooming and daycare options. Many note that pets return calm and well-groomed, with specific praise for the owner's patience with difficult animals. However, one recurring criticism involves poor execution of haircuts, including visible bald spots and sheared skin, alongside complaints about additional charges for basic services like nail filing and ear cleaning.

They were very polite. I would recommend them to my family and friends
