They have been nothing but amazing and very helpful at every turn. Honest and good people. From questions about pool pump PVC fittings, to testing water in the store, and all of the accessories. They have helped us alot. They also have the best deals for Hot Tubs, I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Brody was very helpful! They had a great deal on shock, so I picked up a float for the pool, too! Always come to Namco for my pool supplies.
Jerry at namco is always incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable as well as patient. I had called on the 4th of July with questions about my pool and to my surprise he was there working and ready to help. Then again the other night I flew in right before closing time with a water sample and more questions.. His customer service was really fantastic. Jerry turned the water testing machine back on for diagnosis and then helped load the product into my car for me. I'm very thankful for customer service like this. I used to shop at a different pool store in the area but service like this makes a huge difference for me. Thank you.
