arrived on time/earlier with a forewarning phone call. Efficiently performed his inspection; answered my questions; and explained his findings.
Our exterminator spent most of the day with us inspecting under the house, checking the bait traps, replenishing bait where needed and the installing metal screens over all of our crawl space vents. He did an excellent job and was most helpful in answering all our questions. At this point, we are entirely satisfied.

National canceled my termite bond after 21 years. I had my crawl space encapsulate 4 years ago and my technician said my company had dine a wonderful job. Everything was to industry standards.
