Gustavo arrived earlier then expected as I scheduled today’s visit yesterday. Ants in the bathrooms. Gustavo immediately applied granules and sprayed the perimeter of my home and assured me that this should fix the ant problem. He also confirmed that ants right now are a big problem in South Florida. I give Gustavo five stars.

Gustavo is great as is Native Pest control!

Had an ant situation recently and Jonathan came through and handled it. Honestly technicians like him are the reason paying for this service makes sense. dude paid attention to the details, didn’t cut corners, and clearly takes pride in the work. techs like him are what make the difference. 10/10 would recommend.

Warren was here, right on time and super friendly, helpful, and explained everything he was doing. He also said that if it rained within the next hour and a half he would come back for free and spray again.

Johnson was amazing and professional. Came in and thoroughly sprayed the house. Was an easy and painless process.

My technician Kev Hidalgo-Vargas was prompt! I was scheduled for an 8am-12pm block and received a text that he'd be here by 8:45 and he was right on time!!!! He was very knowledgeable about the signs of pests that were shown to him and he treated the areas quickly.

Gustavo did an excellent job with the extermination service. He took the time to clearly explain what was causing the bug issue and walked me through what needed to be done to fix it, which I really appreciated. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in treating the problem.

Todd was great! He answered all of our questions.

Todd was very respectful and polite throughout the service. I pointed out the specific areas inside the house that needed to be sprayed and he addressed them exactly as requested. He also removed the spider web and thoroughly sprayed all exterior perimeters. The products they use are effective and I have no complaints about the company.
